Bison has a lighter flavor than beef, with a certain sweetness to it. Bison meat is high in iron content, giving it a distinct "earthy" flavor. The three, 1/3 lb. burger patties are made from 100% grass-fed Bison raised by Polish Ponderosa in Berlin, Wisconsin. These burgers are a must-try!
