From Polish Ponderosa in Berlin Wisconsin, this 100% grass fed Bison has a lighter flavor than beef, with a certain sweetness to it. Bison meat is high in iron content, giving it a distinct "earthy" flavor. This steak pairs well with our Yukon Gold Potatoes.
