Cheshire cheese was first produced in the English county of Cheshire and is, in fact, the country's oldest style cheese. Our Cheshire cheese is a small vat, handcrafted ancestor of modern-day Cheddar with a full body, loose crumbly texture, buttery salty flavor, and a lemony finish.
