Ground Bison

Ground Bison from Polish Ponderosa in Berlin, Wisconsin. Bison is not gamey and has a hint of sweetness. The texture is soft and not at all chewy or dry, and there is no aftertaste. Many ground beef recipes also work, if not better, with ground bison.
