Live flats of Red Tatsoi Mustard have a mild mustard flavor but boast a beautiful purple and green leaf with bright green stems. Red Tatsoi is one of our favorites because it does not overwhelm a dish that it is added too. It goes great on sandwiches, wraps, flatbread, salads, soups, eggs, or any plate you would like to add some flavor and color too.
