Roasted Garlic Hiker Hummus

Roasted Garlic Hiker's Hummus is made in small batches from great ingredients then freeze-dried from Ubu foods in De Pere, Wisconsin. Just add water, mix, and enjoy. It can be reconstituted right in the pouch with cold water. Though this serves as their 'plain' flavor, it is not boring. They keep an oven around for the sole purpose of roasting the garlic, giving it a rich, nutty, slightly sweet flavor.

Ingredients: non-GMO Chickpeas, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and onion.
