Our live flats of Tokyo Bekana aka “Chinese Cabbage” are one of our restaurant customer favorites! Tokyo Bekana adds cabbage flavor with a slight bite of mustard and a pop of bright green color to any plate. Tokyo Bekana microgreens also have a crunch similar to radish. Because of its crunchy texture, Tokyo Bekana is an excellent microgreen for sandwiches, salads, wraps, on top of soups, or any plate you would like to add them too. We personally like to pair Tokyo Bekana with Red Rambo Radish for sandwiches, subs, and burgers! Grown indoors in Coco Coir and watered from below with ozonated water. Size: 5”x 5” flat delivered live so you can cut fresh to your plate!
