The Teres Major is a Foodie's favorite. Though it comes second to the tenderloin for being the most tender part of a cow, the Teres Major is much richer. Because it comes from just below the cow's leg, this means it remains melty and tender without sacrificing flavor.

The Teres Major is a smaller steak hand trimmed by our in house butchers in De Pere.
