Dalla Terra Pasta was started in 2009 by Cyndi Connolly with the support of her husband, Pat, and sons, Patrick and Liam. Husband-and-wife team Liam and Kithara Connolly are second generation owners and makers of Dalla Terra Pasta. In 2019, they were dealing with the illness of a family member that caused them to move from their corporate jobs in Milwaukee to Appleton. At that time, they had no idea what was in store for them. Every step of the way, their love for their family has kept them going. Not far behind is their love for food, which made it a natural fit as they found themselves a part of Dalla Terra Pasta.
