uBu Foods - Depere, Wisconsin

The hummus we made was one of the best things on the menu at Green Bay’s Kavarna Coffeehouse—which we owned and operated until we sold it in 2019. One of the things that made Kavarna distinct from other cafés is that we made most of our own sauces and condiments. So, starting a food processing company felt like an obvious next step for us. The result is uBu Foods, a small, family business that is driven by our curiosity about the world’s foods and cultures.
